How current products are delivered
Korea eSIM Red eSIM and Gold USIM products are not delivered by post. Red eSIM setup information is emailed; Gold USIM is collected from the selected SK Telecom airport counter.
Red eSIM email delivery
Red eSIM processing and QR email delivery are automated after successful payment, 24 hours a day including weekends. If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders and contact ChannelTalk with the order number and purchase email. The team will check the delivery record and resend the QR when needed.
Gold USIM collection
Select a pickup location and date when ordering. Bring the original passport matching the order and the order confirmation email. Bringing the device is optional unless installation or compatibility help is needed.
Available pickup options include Incheon Airport Terminals 1 and 2, Gimpo International Airport and Gimhae International Airport. Counter locations and hours may change under airport or service-partner rules; use the counter details supplied with the order and the current airport guidance before travelling.

Changes and disruptions
Pickup date or location can be changed before collection through ChannelTalk. A preferred pickup time is for planning and does not reserve an appointment. If a flight is delayed, the arrival terminal changes, the counter closes or the order cannot be found, contact support with the order number, airport, terminal and date. The team will advise a suitable counter or later pickup.
The selected pickup date does not by itself expire the reservation. If the product remains uncollected, the customer may collect it later during an eligible counter’s operating hours. Cancellation and refund requests follow the refund and cancellation policy.
Future mailed products
If postal delivery products are introduced, their destinations, shipping costs, delivery estimates and return rules will be published before sale.
Red eSIM passport verification is completed online through self-service by following the registration instructions. No airport visit is required. Gold USIM requires in-person airport pickup with the original passport.
The Incheon Airport Terminal 2 pickup counter is on the first-floor arrivals level, between Exits 6 and 7, and operates 24 hours a day.
