Product for Short-Term Travelers Only
This product is intended for short-term (up to 90 days) travelers to Korea. If use outside this scope is confirmed to be fraudulent or improper, service may be suspended without prior notice, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Because the eSIM QR code is a digital item that can be duplicated once issued, refunds are generally not available after purchase, except in confirmed cases of a defective, unused product. Contact us via the site messenger for individual cases.
Do Not Remove the eSIM Profile
The QR code can be scanned up to 10 times. Once deleted after scanning, it cannot be rescanned or reused. Please never delete your eSIM profile under any circumstances until you have finished using it.
Voice/Text Usage Registration Guide
Voice/text features can be used after registering your passport through online registration (krsim.net/esimreg). Registration is available from 8AM–10PM; outside these hours, registration is also available in person at the SK Telecom airport booth. Only one product can be registered per passport. Data usage is available regardless of registration status. The 1-day plan is a data-only product and does not require passport registration.
Voice & Text Charges Are Not Included
Voice and text credits for outgoing are excluded from this rate. Additional top-up is required to make calls or send texts. (Online top-up: skroaming.com/reservation/charging)
Tethering (Hotspot) Limit
Regarding tethering (data sharing): 4G is unlimited, but for 5G products, 1GB per day is provided.
Restriction on Identity Verification Use
This product cannot be used for identity verification purposes that could extend to financial transactions.
Other Usage Restrictions
Two eSIMs cannot run concurrently — the first must finish before the second activates. The usage period cannot be extended; after an additional purchase, you may switch to and continue using the new eSIM once the first one's usage period has ended. Activation must occur within 1 year of receiving the product's QR code.
Trouble Shooting
Not Connecting? Try These Steps in Order
Confirm your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM.
Eject any other physical USIM card, or temporarily turn it off.
Scan the QR code again via Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan.
If you find an existing eSIM profile or active VPN under Settings → General, delete it and restart your phone.
Go to Settings → Cellular → Select Network, manually choose SKT, and restart.
Go to Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings and restart.

Calling 02-6343-9000 from a non-SKT line inside Korea may incur charges. For purchase or order questions, use the shopping mall messenger at the bottom-right of the site.
