Please Read Before You Buy
Not Available to Korean Passport Holders
This is an inbound travel SIM for visitors to South Korea. It cannot be purchased or activated with a Korean passport.
Device Compatibility Is Required
Only carrier-unlocked smartphones are supported, with Nano, Micro, and standard SIM sizes. Tablets (including iPad) and WiFi extenders/routers are not supported. Check Band 1 / 3 / 8 support if you have an older or region-locked device.
One Activation Per Passport
Each foreign passport can register one Korea SIM Blue+ number. This SIM also cannot be used for self-authorization or identity-verification services requiring real-name financial verification.
Activation Has a Short Daily Blackout Window
You cannot activate your number between 23:45–00:15 (KST) due to daily system maintenance. Plan your activation outside this window.
Refund & Period Policy
Refunds are not possible in any case after purchase, and the usage period cannot be extended once activated. Any unused balance disappears at the end of the expiration period. Days are counted from your actual activation time (activating at or after 9PM counts as your first full day).
Some Calls Reduce Your Remaining Period
Voice and text are unlimited, but calls to special-rate numbers (1588 / 1577 / 013 / 050 / 060) and video calls will reduce your remaining service period rather than being billed separately.
Trouble Shooting
Not Connecting? Try These Steps in Order
Confirm your phone is unlocked and the USIM is inserted correctly in the tray.
Power off your phone, remove and firmly reinsert the USIM card, then power back on.
Confirm you've registered your number after landing at krsim.net/reg — voice and text won't work until registration is complete.
Go to Settings → Cellular → Select Network, manually choose KT, and restart.
Go to Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings and restart.
